This clay vessel originates from Akrotiri on the volcanic island of Thera (Santorini), and is decorated with leaping Dolphins on one side and deers on the other. Its original usage is currently unknown. The original is currently housed in the National Museum of Athens, in Greece. This item dates from circa 1500 B.C.
