Making A Purchase
We accept most major credit cards for payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and a range of other credit cards through WorldPay. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail-mail or over the Internet.
Please be assured that credit card information sent to us for payment is secured through a 128 key encryption process and is never available over the "web".
Your credit card details are not held on any computer once the transaction is complete.
Shipping And Handling
Orders are usually processed on the day they arrive and shipped the following day.
For UK delivery, most items should be received within 3 to 5 days.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you immediately, once the order is confirmed . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back-order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
There is no sales tax added.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card orders are processed through WorldPay. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
Online Relics have a 14 day no-quibble returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us an email at returns at online-relics dot com to let us know. Once we receive your email, we will send you a return number code. Upon receipt of the returns number code, just ship the item back to us in its original packaging, and we will refund your money minus the original shipping and handling charges.
